- Time your steep: After your water is heated, the built-in Brew Stopwatch can time your brew for the perfect cup of tea.
- Hold that temp: Turn the toggle to HOLD mode to maintain the desired temperature for 60 minutes. (Standard mode holds temperature for 15 minutes before turning off automatically.)
